Integrity Youth for Progress (IYP) is a reputable non-for-profit, non-governmental civil society youth organization which was founded on the 22nd of October, 2017 in the Bernard’s Beach Community, Oldest Congo Town; through the instrumentality of Melvin G. Tuolee, the current Founder & Executive Director.
Our vision is to develop young people through an adequate human resource capacity building programs and good leadership, exemplify by ethical values.

As an organization, we are focus specifically on Youth Capacity building, conducting academic competitions amongst Primary and Secondary Schools, Scholarships scheme, Promotion of peace messages, encouragement of youth participation in community developments and services, providing peer counseling, etc.
The organization has positively impacted the lives of over one thousand (1,000) young people through series of programs and initiatives, such as: the National Youth Enlightenment, Young Leadership Training, Academic Competitions, Cleanup Campaign, amongst others outreach program.

OBJECTIVES
  • To improve knowledge of the beneficiaries in practical skills and education that can make them entrepreneurs as well as empowering youth who have got little or no chance of formal education with basic technical/vocational skills.
  • To help young people showcase their God given potentials.
  • To provide education/awareness campaign on key national issues.
  • To provide peer counseling
  • To provide mentorship services to young people
  • To enhance a trust-worthy character among young people
  • To encourage youth participation in community developments/services
  • To offer the opportunity to receiving scholarships scheme
  • To provide leadership training for emerging young leaders
  • To conduct competitive academic competitions amongst primary and secondary schools
  • To sensitize people on health related issues
